The straps for the back and underneath the chair are a bit difficult to fold back in once we have finished using it. it would be good if it was retractable or if there were some velcro straps to quickly tie it back up again.
Another flaw is the area to rest the legs where it’s slightly elevated to fold the chair in place. At some point this will be uncomfortable and would leave a line behind the calf or ankle of the child. Maybe some soft padding around the rim to avoid this discomfort? Hope you take these feedback on board otherwise we love the chair.

tons are super hard to press tbh, I’m always working up a nervous sweat at the restaurant trying to put it away quickly while the baby is crying and fussing to leave. If I had the baby in a carrier, it would be impossible (folding the chair takes two hands and some strength to push it down).
If only their origami lightweight chair was in stock, I would have bought that one 🙁 been waiting over a month and sadly it’s still not available in HK so I got the Ru.
Again, still would HIGHLY recommend it over other chairs for ergonomics. But please bring back the origami chair. Show Less
